Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery  
Customers are allowed to inspect the product at the time of delivery before accepting the order.

2. Conditions  
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Any item that has been used, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items  
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange or refund.

4. Refunds  
Refunds are only applicable in cases of defective or incorrect items, confirmed upon inspection.

5. Shipping Fees  
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error from our side.
